Shipping Method We currently offer Express shipping for all orders. This is a fast and reliable delivery service, ensuring your products reach you safely and on time.

Shipping Regions We provide shipping to the following regions:

  • Vietnam

  • United States

  • Australia

  • Canada

If you are ordering from a region outside this list, please contact our customer support team at contact@godvina.shop to check the possibility of delivery.

Processing Time Order processing takes 7 to 8 business days. This includes the time required to design, produce, and package your custom print-on-demand products. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events. We will notify you in advance if there are any changes to the processing time.

Delivery Time After processing, delivery via Express shipping takes 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination region. This timeframe begins when the order is shipped from our facility. You will receive tracking information via email once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Total Delivery Time The total time from placing your order to receiving your product typically ranges from 15 to 20 business days (7-8 days for processing plus 8-12 days for delivery). Please note that this does not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Fees We charge a fixed shipping fee of $6.49 USD for all orders, regardless of the delivery region (Vietnam, United States, Australia, or Canada). This fee is clearly displayed at checkout so you know the total cost before completing your order.

Note: If you are ordering from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. These fees are beyond our control, and you should contact your bank for details on any additional charges.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive the email or encounter issues with tracking, please contact us at contact@godvina.shop.

Delivery Issues If your order is delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or encounters any other issues, please contact our customer support team at contact@godvina.shop. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will assist you promptly. In cases where a product is damaged or lost due to a shipping error, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or resending the product (if available).

RETURN & WARRANTY

Return Timeframe We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your product. To determine the receipt date, you can check the tracking information or the delivery confirmation email. Please ensure your return request is submitted within this timeframe to be eligible for processing.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging or similar packaging to ensure safe transport.

  • The return request must include the order number and reason for return to facilitate prompt processing.

Note: We do not offer exchanges or replacements for products. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs: Godvina will cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label or reimburse any return shipping costs you have incurred.

  • Initial shipping costs: The initial shipping costs of the order are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error (see “Defective or Incorrect Products” below).
