Our cancellation and modification policy is designed to support you if you need to change your plans after placing an order. Below, we outline the timeframe, conditions, and process for canceling or modifying an order to ensure you have clear and straightforward information.
Cancellation and Modification Timeframe We accept requests to cancel or modify an order within 6 hours from the time of successful purchase. The time of successful purchase is defined as the moment you receive the order confirmation email from us, which includes the order number and transaction details. After this 6-hour window, the order will enter the processing stage (design and production), and we can no longer accept cancellations or modifications due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products.
Conditions for Cancellation or Modification To be eligible for cancellation or modification, the order must meet the following conditions:

The request must be submitted within 6 hours from the time of successful purchase.

The order must not have entered the production stage (we will confirm the order status when you contact us).

For modifications, the requested changes must be feasible within the scope of our print-on-demand products, such as changes to the design, size, or quantity (subject to the capabilities of our design and production team).
Note: Due to the customized nature of our products, some modifications may not be possible if they impact the production process already in progress.
Cancellation Process If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly.

Once we confirm the cancellation request is valid, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Modification Process If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the design, size, or quantity), please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the desired changes, and any new design files (if applicable).

Our team will review the feasibility of your request and respond within 24 hours. If the modification is approved, we will send an updated order confirmation. If the modification results in a cost change (e.g., due to an increase in quantity), you will be notified before we proceed.
Note: If a modification leads to a cost change, you will need to confirm any additional payment before we continue processing.
Cases Where Cancellation or Modification Is Not Possible We cannot accept cancellations or modifications in the following cases:

Requests submitted after 6 hours from the time of successful purchase.

Orders that have entered the production stage or have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Modification requests that are not feasible due to design or production limitations (we will provide specific reasons if this occurs).
Refunds for Canceled Orders If a cancellation request is approved, we will refund the full amount paid, including the product cost and shipping fee (if applicable). The refund will be issued to your original payment method, as outlined in our Payment Policy. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information on refunds after receiving a product.
