After this 6-hour window, the order will enter the processing stage (design and production), and we can no longer accept cancellations or modifications due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products.

Conditions for Cancellation or Modification To be eligible for cancellation or modification, the order must meet the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted within 6 hours from the time of successful purchase.

• The order must not have entered the production stage (we will confirm the order status when you contact us).

• For modifications, the requested changes must be feasible within the scope of our print-on-demand products, such as changes to the design, size, or quantity (subject to the capabilities of our design and production team).

Note: Due to the customized nature of our products, some modifications may not be possible if they impact the production process already in progress.

Cases Where Cancellation or Modification Is Not Possible We cannot accept cancellations or modifications in the following cases:

• Orders that have entered the production stage or have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
